Course description:
1st Challenge Course Map
1. Start at the US-129 Bridge on the Santa Fe River.

2. Go downstream approximately 2.36 miles to the Suwannee River.
3. Go upstream on the Suwannee River approximately 9.82 miles to the US-27
Bridge at Branford, FL. Ivey Park is near the US-27 Bridge and a good
location for pit crews.
Cutoff Time: 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time
4. Turn around at the US-27 Bridge and continue downstream on the Suwannee
River approximate 9.97 miles to the mouth of the Santa Fe River.
5. Go upstream on the Santa Fe River to the US-129 Bridge approximately 2.36
miles. An excellent spot to pit and decide if one has time to finish.
There is still 9 miles to go!
Cutoff Time: 1:30 PM Eastern Standard Time
6. Continue upstream on the Santa Fe River to the mouth of the Ichetucknee
River. Approximately 4.45 miles.
7. Turn around and go back downstream to the US-129 Bridge and FINISH!
8. Total distance is approximately 33.5 miles.
Note: All paddlers must be off the water by 4:00 PM
